A friend recommended Dr. Jain to me when I moved to FL almost 20 years ago & he had been practicing in this area for a long time. Over the years, he has been my PCP, as well as PCP to my father, mother & one of my sisters. He is compassionate, caring, knowledgeable & completely up front about my medical in language I can understand. He follows up on my ongoing issues & has recommended a specialist when necessary, updates medical treatment when something else doesn't seem to be working as well for me.

I had an MRI for my lungs and I had nodules just like my sister and he put on my medical record that I had lung disease !! DON'T WANT THAT ON MY MEDICAL HISTORY !!!! What a terrible thing to say. I breathe fine. Plus he said I was bringing all the pain and symptoms of the gabapentin all on myself. How could that be when I WAKE UP FROM A SOUND SLEEP TO GO TO THE BATHROOM AND IT HITS ME - REALLY HARD!!!

I can't imagine having a different PCP. I recently recommended him to my best friend when the whole Medicare season was in full swing & she is so happy to have him as her PCP. She was enduring pain for many years, being given all sorts of useless treatments from previous doctors. Not one of them could tell her what was wrong & one even told her it was all in her head. She went to Dr. Jain. By her 2nd visit, she knew what she been suffering from for decades. It doesn't get much better than that in my book. Dr. Jain was one of two doctors covering at the assisted living facility my mother lived at but I wasn't aware of that until I went to see her one day. He was at the nurses station, reading patients charts. My mom lit up when he came into her room while I was there with her. He was so kind & patient with her (she passed at almost [omitted]). My sister needed a PCP so I recommended him to her & she went to him until she need to go to live in a private facility. My father needed a PCP when he moved here & went to Dr. Jain & loved him. That was a LOT because my dad had "white coat syndrome". Dr. Jain got through to him & he actually looked forward to going to his appointments. Dr. Jain went to his wake when he passed. He remembers my mom & my sister. Most doctors need to look at the chart in their hands to recall your name. I have multiple health issues, had them for years, & between medication, OTC, his direction in medicine & health I feel like I've turned a corner. While I can't get rid of some of what ails me, I am now able to deal with what can't be fixed because of what is now under control. Tis is what makes a great doctor because other doctors would not have been so thorough (or Lord knows, patient) with me.

Dr. Jain was recommended to me by a coworker around 17 years ago. I sent my dad to him, he was one of the doctors at the nursing home my mom was in & also her doctor. I sent my sister to him & recently my best friend. I have followed Dr. Jain when he changed locations, this is the 3rd time! He is approachable, he explains the medical jargon in a way my brain can comprehend, so I don't leave going, "Duh"? If a medication isn't doing the job, he updates as needed. He has fit me in for a same day appointment several times. It was something that didn't need the ER but couldn't be put off. I really could go on. He cares & that's what I need in a PCP.

I was very concerned about the level of care I could find locally when I relocated to FL from MA & was referred to Dr. Jain by a coworker of mine (a huge plus). She was also a lifetime resident of this area & had Dr. Jain as her doctor. At that time, I think he had been n the area 20+ years. I was very happy with the referral & referred my sister & father to him. He was also one of the physicians at the nursing home my mother was at. I recently referred him to my best friend & she goes to see him for her 1st after the 1st of the year. He is empathic & knowledgeable. My mother & sister both required "a little extra" & he was so patient with both of them. My father really had white coat syndrome but he loved Dr Jain. When my dad passed. Dr Jain actually went to his viewing & I can't even tell you how much that meant to our family.

I have stayed with Dr. Jain since moving to [omitted] almost 16 years ago. His office was in Haines City & he moved to another location in Haines City. I followed. He moved again to his current location, I followed. He is the kind of physician every person should be able to have access to. Dr. Jain was my physician, & I told my sister about him & he became hers, & I told my father & he became his, too. My mother was in a nursing home & Dr. Jain turned out to be one of the two doctors who went there. When my father passed, Dr. Jain came to his wake. I can't imagine having someone else.

This doctor makes assumptions without doing tests to back it up does not communicate well with you and gets upset if you wear a mask because he then needs to wear a mask and the doctor never washes his hands or puts on gloves before dealing with you

Re: Dr. Jain At first I thought he was fantastic. Now I need to change PCP!!! I haven't seen my cardialogist In a year it's time for my annual check up AND my pulmonary hypertension has returned per my echo result. "not medically necessary" I have bone on bone OA rt knee. Before having TKR, I would like to receive PRP injections. "Not medically necessary" Pulmonary at last visit changed my asthma diagnosis from mild intermittant to moderate and added a maintanance med. "Not medically necessary" In 2023, had surprise GI bleed caused me to pass out admitted to hospital, received twobags of iron AND 2 units blood. He said hospital dx was wrong but won't let me follow up with my GI. "Not medically necessary" He refused to give required referrals and told me to to cancel all of the apointments that were already made. "What can they do that I can't?" He cant give knee injections and he doesn't do ekg to monitor my arrythmia!!! He needs to retire from medicine like I did. [omitted]

As I said previously Dr Jain has been my doctor since 2007. And he was one of the best. He always takes the time to talk with you. I was very upset when leaving his office when I was told that he would not be taking my insurance. I cried like I had lost a friend

Before your cancelling of your money factory to me and others, Dr Jain is probably the best Dr.you could have and I might ever had. He is my Wife’s Doctor too and she is turning [omitted] years up. All People with Dr Jain are great. It appears that the corporate group is where the problem is. You know what you can do with well med and the corporate staff, I rather not dirty up my I Pad with my thought of your corporate bunch. You probably want to have illegals and get Tax Payer money.

I've been going to Dr. Jain since a co-worker suggested I try him as my PCP when I moved [omitted]. I've stayed with him though his several relocations to larger & better facilities, arriving (happily) at WellMed. He became PCP to both of my parents & an older sister. My dad had "White Coat Syndrome", but not with Dr. Jain. My mother was in a nursing home after my dad could n longer take care of her on his own. Dr. Jain was her doctor when she was there. My older sister, now in assisted-living, was very happy with Dr. Jain when I suggested she go to him after her own PCP had relocated elsewhere & he was her doctor up until she moved there. All 3 were very happy with him, as am I.

I've been a patient of Dr. Jain's for the last 20 years, since he was in private practice before WellMed. He reviews medicines every visit and tries to reduce them to the minimal ones necessary. He listens to all questions and provides answers. He will gladly explain the medical science of the topic being discussed fully and is very affective in treating issues.
