Graciela Spencer, PA

Graciela Patricia (Paty) Spencer, PA, treats her patients like family. She focuses on active listening and creating a safe, comfortable environment for patients to voice their concerns. Her goal is to help patients achieve better outcomes and live as well as possible.

PA Spencer enjoys the gratitude patients express when they get better and improve their quality of life. She chose to enter family medicine as a specialty, as it allows her to work with patients of all ages. She especially enjoys working with geriatric patients, hearing their wealth of knowledge and listening to their life stories. She received her PA degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.

PA Spencer is board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). She was born and raised in Mexico and immigrated to Texas at age 37. She then became a U.S. citizen at age 41. PA Spencer resides in Seguin, Texas, after living in San Antonio, Texas, for about 20 years. In her personal life, she enjoys spending time outdoors, cooking, exploring nature and walking. She also enjoys spending time with her daughter and granddaughter.
