The pa did not get my referral right when I asked over and over. Finally just had to give up and go to a different dr. Very poor system. Poor communication with the patient after the dr visit. No follow up. Can not talk to anyone at the clinic. Got the telephone call center running interference so can not get a simple request done right.

However, getting a response or communication back from messages takes longer than I would like. However, I try to consider that she has many clients and because she cares for them all this may be why it takes so long for communication to happen. That is Why I did not score it a 10.
