Biography

For as long as I can remember, I have had a passion for helping others. This passion, coupled with my fascination with anatomy and physiology, and a love of problem solving led me to pursue a career in medicine. I was born and raised in North Texas. Shortly after receiving my undergraduate degree, I married my high school sweetheart and moved back to Dallas to begin my medical education at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas. I graduated with a Master's in PA studies from UT Southwestern in 2006 and joined MCNT in 2007. During my time at UT Southwestern and Parkland Memorial Hospital, I developed a deep love for primary care. I enjoy keeping patients healthy through preventative medicine as well as helping them return to health after illness. I have spent my entire career practicing Internal Medicine. My husband and I live in North Richland Hills with our two precious daughters. As a family, we adore the outdoors and spending time with one another. Personally, I enjoy gardening, kickboxing, Friday night movie outings, and catching up with friends over a relaxing dinner.
