The Doctor showed concern why Dr. Amanda Cruz did not perscribe my madication for my diabeties . Especially when my A1C showed 11.3 and my Glucose showed 169. i still have not gotten any support for my OZEMPIC diabeties Type II. i will be reaching out to Dr. Elisa Hernandez again to see if she can help me on my abnormal diabities blood lab test done for medication .

I wear hearing aide. I informed ms. Hernandez and ask her to talk distinctly and slowly. The first 30 seconds she did but then she started to articulate her thoughts. Mumbling and the only way I knew she was talking to me was to look directly at me. She talked as if she were talking to a 10 year old. She probably thought she was conferring with me about my medical issues , she was wrong. I feel I am just a file number. I told staff I would keep future appointments but not if I was to see Ms. Hernandez.

She is thorough and answers question very well is friendly n professional. As she looked at my record she said I did not Have RA because wellmed had done test in the office. ?? I advised I treated by Dr de Jesus a Rheumatologist who treated me with Methotrexate. I no longer see Dr De Jesus. I showed her my hand as my phalanges were swollen due to RA. I told Nurse Hernandez the records were wrong. I do have RA .. My visit with Nurse Hernandez was due to my Osteo Arthritis of my knees. For the most part Nurse Hernandez was great.

I could hear her in the hallway speaking to the nurse/medical assistant and Hernandez was very dismissive regarding my issues, questions and concerns as to why I was there. Once in the room She was hard to understand because of her heavy accent. Also she never addressed my issues, questions and concerns and she only talked about her sisters and her medical experience with menopause symptoms. She kept telling m about a clinic in the medical center to call to try and get an appt. She also kept telling me about other patients issues with both menopause and treatment at this clinic. I left the appointment feeling like nothing was accomplished and my concerns/questions were never addressed. When I was done and scheduled a follow up appt I stressed to the office staff that I did not want to be rescheduled with Hernandez. The only thing accomplished at this appt was follow up bloodwork which I was also told that I would receive a call to go over the results. To this day, I still have not been contacted, at least I received the results electronically.

PA Hernandez asked me questions about my vertigo. I confirmed the tests I underwent and how I was diagnosed with vertigo. PA Hernandez wants to do a brain scan knowing that I was diagnosed and not needing a brain scan. The scheduler also told me they could not schedule me sooner because I had missed my last appointment which is when the vertigo episode hit me. I again asked for a supervisor and one did not call.
