Elisa Hernandez, NP, is a nurse practitioner who specializes in family medicine. She has worked in nursing for over 30 years and wants to ensure that every patient feels they are getting the best care.

NP Hernandez works with patients and their families to offer care for conditions such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol and diabetes. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in the Philippines, where she was born. NP Hernandez earned her Master of Science in nursing and her certification as a family nurse practitioner at the Chamberlain College of Nursing.

NP Hernandez currently lives in San Antonio, Texas. She is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and helps patients with a broad spectrum of health needs, offering preventive care and disease management. In her free time, NP Hernandez loves to sing and cook. She has been happily married for over 34 years and has four children and two grandchildren.
