Not satisfied with the care I received. Most recently I had a terrible sinus infection. I told her that over the counter meds were not giving me any relief. She told me to continue using over the counter meds! I had to beg her for some antibiotics!!

I have been talking about her ever since I left the clinic. She’s my hero. I absolutely love her and could have stayed at the clinic all night hanging out with her. She made me feel better. She spoke my language. She was clear and concise and very smart. I understood her every word. She left no questions unanswered. Everything she told me made sense. I’m so happy I saw her. I will never ever never go to TX Med again. I’ll just suffer until I can be seen by PA Silva.

She's courteous conscientious and she's the one she's the one who skipped me alive she found a murmur and recommended that I see a cardiologist which found two clogged arteries that's why I say she's kept me alive

She told me to put on the telescope to listen to my heart started talking then told me never talk when a doctor has these on you hurt there ears I've been with doctors majority of my live even they talk with them on them she didn't paid to much attention that my A1C had gone up she said I have a viral appt is that all I told another system I had she said I'm gonna have the tech do an EKG ok I'm going to my viral appt so I'm waiting on my next appt to see what else I can do

She didn't want to listen the reasoning for my visit, and seemed more interested telling me that I needed to see a specialist. Also, while only there to get a prescription filled, she wanted to go over the results of my last lab results, which I had explained I had already done so with my PCP, but insisted on my accepting a referral to see a specialist before agreeing to write the prescription.
