Dr. Bindu is an excellent doctor. Very knowledgeable about all aspects of medicine. She is patient, kind, compassionate and engaged. She is well versed in the details of each patient’s care plan and listens carefully and completely when discussing concerns or answering questions.

She has been my PCP for over 3 years. She is very easy to speak to. Her willingness to listen and help and the best for her patients. Dr. Bindu creates an environment that is safe and secure she builds the most amazing relationships more like a family bond. I just really enjoy her being my primary care doctor she knows her patients she is great and I would recommend 100% to family and friends.

THIS WAS MY FIRST VISIT HER AND SHE LISTENED TO ME AFTER INTRODUCING HERSELF, WENT OVER PAST HISTORY. SHE MADE ME FEEL, THAT SHE HAD MY BEST INTEREST UNDER CONTROL. MY LAST PROVIDER I WAS WITH FOR 30 YEARS, I TOLD HER THAT I AM SURE, I WOULD ENJOY MY LAST DAYS UNDER HER.

I have been going to WellMed for over 6 years this is the 2nd Dr. I ever met usually I can only see NP because there is not a Dr assigned to hospital. Can't think of my original Dr he was great I transferred with him from Cedar Hill to Red Oak then back to Cedar Hill with Christina Berger. I will really enjoy being seen by Dr Bindu she was familar with my health when she came in and talked with me.

The new doctor was focused on one thing and there I have several issues so she discussed my blood sugar and wanting to get it down but she didn’t talk about the other issue I had I didn’t even get to him and she seemed rushed. Maybe maybe it was the first visit I don’t know, but she seemed very rushed

She didn’t seam interested in my opinion. Insisted on her her way only. Which I didn’t give into I try to send my records from other Dr’s she said I needed the same blood work from her. I don’t think my insurance should have to pay for the exact same bloodwork twice in the same 3 to 6 month.

My. First experience with her I did not like I tried to go in because I was sick very sick and they would not allow me to come in. She gave me a face time instead. Of allowing me to come in. I also ended up in the hospital because of that.

She was a very nice person but I was seeing her because I have surgery scheduled for the 28th and needed clearance from my primary to move forward. I was in the office last Thursday and was told the paperwork had been sent over to the dentist office, upon my arrival to the dentist office today I learned they never received anything from my primary. I called from the dentist office and was placed on hold for over 15 minutes and I can show you my call log and no one ever came back so I hung up and it's 16:42 in the evening and no one has called me back to check and see if all was well. This is not the doctors office I once knew.

She is not warm inviting. Can’t refill my medicine. Have to go to two drs. Why is that,I don’t need a dr. like. The staff at that is not friendly. I wise I still have the old dr and staff. Dr.Henry Armstrong. Not some Dr. that don’t know me or family history. That’s the reason why I pick him, this dr. NO NO. She don’t know me and by her actions she don’t want to know me so I’m off to find a new physician.
