When the doctor found out I was self paid everything changed didn't not want to send me to get my labs done. Did not want to do a prior authorization for my glucose meter . Never got my colon cancer screening because I was not using an insurance

Tania Castleman is great! Better than our primary care doctor. She listens and is very attentive. It’s terrible you are losing her. She should be allowed to work part time. What a shame.

Her listening skills and understanding of my underlying health issue were good, and she was courteous during the visit. However, she prescribed a medication that wasn’t available at CVS, and when the pharmacy reached out to her for an alternative, there was no response. Even when we tried calling, we couldn’t get through to the nurse line for assistance. Ultimately, I had to look up an equivalent medication on Google and purchase it over the counter.
