I earlier comments about staff interaction and feels have nothing to do with Dr. Martin, it is a criticism of the overall feel of your operation and based of the supporting staff. They did not seem happy and engaged in their work.

The 2 times that I have visited with Dr Martin felt rushed. I don't feel like I can ask questions for clarity. His demeanor seems apathetic and borderline annoyed.

Here are several examples of my previous visits.Last visit on [omitted], I was waiting 40 minutes before nurse came out to walk me in, later no comments from anyone why it was 40 minutes later than appointment time, rarely knocking on the door before he inters the patient room. Doctor leaving without saying that visit is over or anything in this term. Cut abruptly when I described my visit to emergency facilities by saying that he is not interested. Last May when we discussed blood tests results and I wanted to ask him a question he said that he has 2 minutes left but he did spent few minutes . My last visit [omitted], we discussed appointment to do a follow-up 3 months for a CT scan. Today is [omitted]. I called 2 times so far but no one contacted me with new information. I don’t know if it’s a specific protocol how patients have to present their problems, but I know that I visit a doctor to find answers to my questions.

Very good doctor who provides enough information about my health to keep me healthy without too many visits. Discovered my calcium levels were too high which through a specialist, identified hyper parathyroid last year.

Bad temperament for a physician…very intense, abrupt, and always in a hurry even after the office had me waiting 35-40 minutes past my appointment. The only time this doctor spent quality time with me was when he was going over my labs from my physical with me.

He seemed that he was not interested in what I had to say and also that was did not care what was going on with me since I clearly had a ear infection and that he would give me medicine if I thought I needed it but he thought it wouldn't help me. I said yes I needed it and was going to Colorado in the next few days and didn't want it to get worse. He seemed to be just there because he needed a paycheck.

Dr. Martin seems very personable and has spent a good amount of time discussing my healthcare needs. I just expected when I just had my physical exam, I would have had a thorough physical as I've experienced with other providers. I had no exam performed assessing my skin as I've indicated on my health survey, I have been treated by a dermatologist for the past two (2) years for precancerous skin cancer.
