Biography

Helping others and being able to partner with my patients on their health and wellness so they can live life to the fullest is the reason I became a doctor. I'm blessed to meet new people every day and have the opportunity to help them take charge of their health. To me, being a doctor is the most fulfilling job in the world.
I was born in South Korea. When I was three, my family and I moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma, where we lived for nine years. After that, we moved to Keller, Texas, and I've called DFW home ever since. I left for a short time to attend The University of Texas at Austin and later moved back to Fort Worth to attend medical school at The University of North Texas Health Science Center. I completed my medical training at CHRISTUS Spohn Hospital Corpus Christi with a residency in family medicine.
I chose to specialize in family medicine because of its emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention. I also enjoy that I am able to see patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics. When treating patients, my approach is the same' treat everyone like family.
Currently I live in Grapevine. In my free time, I enjoy exercising and watching movies.
