Dr. Deyoung is very important to my heart. He's specific and knowledgable. Dr. Deyoung cannot be short of any knowledge in my opinion he's always together especially in my medical records and medications-wise. Paying attention to my welfare is what makes him professional and compassionate. His bedside manners and easy-to-explain ways are so taken. As I stated before he is the best Dr. I have ever had as an adult and I am [omitted] years old. You feel he truly cares about you as his patient. He always answers any questions I have. He reviews all your test results with you. He is always pleasant and I always feel that I am in good hands under his care. My husband and I have been going to this office for 15 years and things have really improved through those years. The only issue I have is with the portal. It always aggravates me when I have to use it or it does not work at all.

My previous doctor had retired and I thought his old school care and attention could not be matched by a younger doctor, but I was pleasantly surprised and delighted with Dr. DeYoung on my first visit and every encounter since. He is exceptionally caring; he listens and remembers my medical needs and devotes as much time as I need with him. When I confided in him that I was considering a cochlear implant, he was immediately supportive, and he has followed through the whole qualification process with me and has given me medical clearance for my surgery. When I got a cold, he saw me promptly and prescribed effective medication, then had his staff follow up to make sure I was recovering. He practices modern medicine combined with old fashioned patient oriented values, and I am grateful to have him as my primary care physician.
