She is very nice but like I said, I felt like the appointment was sterile. Maybe if she removed her mask, I would have felt better human interaction.

She’s leaving because you would not work her requested schedule. She’s great but the corporate medicine group pushed her out. So now that’s two medical workers gone.

Lack of interest in finding root cause. Ignored evidence pointing to a cause; i.e., specific treatment resulted in symptom resolution indicated what the problem is likely to be, but she ignored this and refused to acknowledge it. Although understandable if she doesn't want to go outside the norms since this was a bit unusual, denial of evidence is not helpful.
