Doctor was very professional he explained things to me he went over my chart went over my blood work let me know things that I didn't know or I had forgotten and he have my best interest of what medicine what test and how I should avoid certain foods and how to make my condition better and not worse and if I have any questions please call the office

He is the only one I see after Dr. Carolyn Pass left. I have not met the new primary doctor yet. He should introduce himself to me. I understand he has another office he is there full time. Come to this office once a month or a need basis.

Because of the issue I have getting refills. He is always pleasant and his assistant is very nice. He told me I was a diabetic but never really told me much more, but did order metformin. I called him and said I would like a glucose monitor. But never told me what to expect if my sugar spikes or peaks. I now know if it drops I get clammy, hot and a little shaky.

Contacted office on 5/2 stating I had tested positive 2 days earlier with covid. Waited all day and not till we contacted the office back 2 more times do we get a call back that a prescription is being sent to walgreens which never happened. I haven't called back because I've lostt faith In this institution at the moment. Also while I'm at it referrals do not get handle diligently at all
