FELT RUSH NOT PLEASED WITH ANSWERS TO MED QUESTIONS. AND NOT INFORMED ABOUT NEW MEDS GIVEN. I ASKED QUSTIONS ABOUT IT AND NOT ANSWERED. LATER TOLD THAT I WAS CALLED. WAS NOT. STILL THEN RECEIVED 2ND MED FROM ANOTHER DOCTOR AND NOT TOLD TILL I CALLED BACK. EITHER DOCTOR CALLED ME. I CALLED 3 TIMES. TIMING AND HOLIDAY WAS INVOLVED AND IT TOOK 6 DAYS TO RESOLVE AND STILL IT WAS BY A TECH NOT THE DOCTORS.

She talks so fast, reading through the charts. She didn't listen to anything I had to ask or say and at the end of the visit she had no results. Her answer was "you have....but we can't do anything until I talk to the doctor. Then why is she there? She gave me an appointment for 3 month to see her again, for what? NO RESULTS

I saw her for a uti was given a prescription , 3 days later i was still in pain merely called to ask if it was normal and she just called in another prescription, i did not use the new one . she calls lying saying she needs to talk about the results and when i called back just asked if i took the medication. She seemed worried like she made a mistake . i called another time for my lip twitching and got a triage by 3 different nurses .they kept isisting i was short of breath .i said NO I called for my lips twitchimg .i wanted to make an appt. She said they were ruling out a stroke and gave me an appt a week later . hmmm you think it could be a stroke and ill see you in a week ! when i went in for twitching of the lip i told her im not stupid and dont appreciate three nurses talking to me like i am. She got very serious and said oh we thought you might be having a stroke .she had blood drawn said they would call with the results , which were normal . no follow up no answer why my lip is twitching .

As stated, she didn't listen to me even an iota. I've lodged various formal complaints against her, because I'm so angry about how I got treated. I have NEVER been treated so badly by a person who's supposed to be in the medical field HELPING OTHERS. Like, that's literally your job is to care, ma'am and you can't do that. I will never darken the door of any WellMed, ever again.

Was not able to discuss prior lab results or consult physician about my medical concerns only to to wait a month for new medical appointment very unsatisfied .shall nit return to facility and have UnitedMedical provide me another Primary care physician

Jennifer listened to all my concerns and my symptoms that I had been experiencing after my surgery.I had a couple of specialist that did not listen to my concerns and I believe that these certain specialists should show better concern and respect to they're patients. Jennifer listened to everything that concerned me.

She does explain everything and pays attention to your needs. It’s just that when they call you to the back and put you in a room you have to wait almost a whole hour or 45 minutes just to see the doctor. Maybe she is overwhelmed with too many patients, I don’t know, I just think if you have an appointment at a set time it shouldn’t take that long to see a doctor ?

During telemedicine visit I felt she was very attentive to what I was saying and explained the medication she was prescribing. However when I picked up the medication she mentioned she was prescribing another additional medication had been prescribed. Since that medication had not been discussed with me, I did not get that medication. Also, during our tele visit, I mentioned I was running out of Jardiance and was concerned that the refill was extremely expensive and I didn't know how I was going to get. She mentioned a form for assistance would be mailed to me and to date I have not received the form and have now been out of Jardiance for a couple of weeks.
