Shantrelle is always thorough, compassionate, caring and she makes sure that I am taking good care of myself. She makes sure that I have the correct medications and that I am taking them correctly. She is very good at here job, she has a wonderful bedside manner. She really cares about me as a person and as her patient. She has also done an at home visit, and that was so amazing for her to do that. I give her the highest praises. She always makes me feel comfortable and I trust her with my care. I could not ask for a better assistant, when my Dr. is not available.

NP Shantrelle was very knowledgeable of my medical history, when she entered the exam room. We were able to talk about my present overall health status, and daily medications. Shantrelle also highly recommended two screenings, that I had disreguarded in the last few years, while caring for my homebound mother. She also recommended some exercises and daily stretches that could be done to help my back aches. Before the office visit, three months prior, NP Shantrelle has also conducted a Tele-Call, which I was very comfortable talking with her. Her positive vibes and energy, along with her pleasant smile, gave me the assurance that she is generally interested in her new patients. So, the remaining family members and I are very pleased to have her as our NP.

Because I told her of a problem that I was having in my right by between my knee and my thigh over thigh that I had a lot of burning sensations. And I wanted to go and have some X-ray done of that thigh to see what was going on with my blood vessels because it burns and sharp pains every day. She set me up to go have x-rayed but to have x-rayed done of my back and I do not have any back pains. So the x-rayed technician only took x-rayed of my back. And that was not the problem, so I feel like she did not listen to me. I have been having this problem for almost a year and I tell the doctor every time and they do not have an answer for me to take care of this problem or what I can do to calm it down. So that's why I gave her that rating and Dr Suresh raheja
