Rarely do we have to wait for Niki to come into the exam room. She comes in with a smile and friendly greeting and seems genuine interested in us. She follow up well on the results of the last appointment to see if suggestions or medications worked and if we have any new issues. She makes me feel comfortable that I am in good hands. I feel that she is not totally listening. I tell her something, and it is not recorded on my medical records, i.e. various vaccines I have had. I say I hurt time, and time again. I feel she is not listening. There is nothing that can be done. I feel totally helpless. I feel like I am a bad person for being on medication that I have been put on for years. I did not know what was in the medication. Never knew it until 3 years ago. Seems like nothing can be done for my pain because of this crisis with my medication. I never abused it. I jusst feel totally helpless. She is a kind person. I just don't feel I am being understood.
