So one time I had lost my insurance and I couldn’t see him until I got it back when I got It called his nurse and asked could I come back and she told me it had been too long! so I wouldn’t be able too see my favorite doctor! so I decided to call back and ask someone else and she said yes I could come back as a new patient I thank God! for her I wish I knew her name because if it wasn’t for her and if I had listen to his nurse I wouldn’t have my favorite doctor! he’s such an amazing doctor he cares about my health and that’s why I never want another doctor! he is the best in Fort Worth Texas!!! Friendly, listens very well, he seems to know / remembers how active I am and just asks questions more on that, than silly stuff about do I sit around a lot, do I exercise and how much (I do not require a gym to get exercise). My appointment with him on [omitted] went as follows timewise: appointment at 8:30, moved to room at 8:50, Dr. Solaiman got to me at 9:15 (I could hear him trying to wrap up with the prior patient shortly before he came to me... sometimes getting free from needy patient can be an issue for Doctors), we reviewed what he needed on me, which was not much, and I cut him loose at 9:25 and I was to the lobby by 9:27. I probably got him close to back on schedule for other patients because only one lab number was in red and he was not concerned about it and told me why. Great Doctor visit.

Dr Solaiman is an excellent doctor. He takes the time to discuss all issues and thinks outside the box. For example he showed me rash examples on his phone to help identify issues I had with other treatment. This helped solve my problem. He is well prepared for every visit regarding ongoing treatment and possible reoccurrence of past issues. I rarely see this level of care with other doctors.

More of the problem might be with staff and not him because of orders for procedures and referrals haven't been handled correctly. Just feel he hasn't gleaned everything from my records before he sees me. I'm having to fill him in on things that should be in records. Example: I had yearly mammogram and breast biopsy that resulted in breast cancer. He asked me if I had found it myself. Just seemed odd question for what was on paper

He never responded to my pharmacy's request for a generic version of my medication. I called twice and went into the office once to alert the staff to the situation but did not ever receive a response so I am unable to pick up the prescription that I need.
