Biography

Dr. Calderon's care philosophy is to provide the highest quality patient care by employing a holistic approach and building a relationship with each patient. His extensive experience caring for entire families has also lead him to focus not only on an individual's patient's health, but also their family's in order to improve health outcomes. Dr. Calderon's goal as a physician is to use his expertise and dedication to help each patient achieve optimal health in a timely manner. He has a clinical interest in preventative medicine, weight loss management, men's health, and testosterone replacement. Dr. Calderon completed medical school at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, TX. After finishing medical School, he completed his residency at Scottsdale Healthcare Hospital in Arizona. In 2008, Dr. Calderon moved to Dallas. He is board-certified in Family Medicine and is the recipient of several professional awards. His accolades include the Patient Centered Medical Home designation, the Patient Experience Excellence Award, and the Texas TRIO Achiever's Award. He is fluent in Spanish, enjoys fishing, the outdoors, and traveling with his wife and two young children.
