Shashi Mittal, MD

Shashi Mittal, MD, treats patients like friends and family, going above and beyond to help them. She received her medical degree from Lady Hardinge Medical College and completed her residency at St. Mary of Nazareth Hospital.

Dr. Mittal entered a career in medicine with a passion for helping others. Her favorite part of the job includes building long-term relationships with her patients and their families. She was born in India but now resides in San Antonio, Texas. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking.

As a board-certified physician in family medicine, Dr. Mittal has the opportunity to treat patients who suffer from a variety of medical conditions. However, she has a special interest in treating patients with diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. She also enjoys working with geriatric patients.
