My scheduled appointment in July was with Dr Kostamo who left the practice. I met Dr Moukaddem for the first time on this visit while he reviewed my information in the room with me. I did call the office on two separate occasions to make an appointment with Dr Moukaddem but was advised nothing was available but I could see a nurse. I've never had an issue before getting an appointment with Dr Kostamo. I will reserve my opinion and assessment of Dr Moukaddem on my scheduled appointment in October.

When medications are needed he calls it into the pharmacy as requested. If there is a request or question he replies as soon as possible.
