Her manner was adversarial from the moment she walked into the room. She did not check my ears, heart, lungs or throat. I have a nodule on my thyroid she did not check or ask about. She did not look at my spine, even though I have had chronic back pain, only insisting that I go to pain management. Even though I was self-pay, she had me take a series of tests that cost me over $300 and did not warn me about the cost. She didn’t code the type of billing I needed and I waited about 45 minutes for her to give the correct code. Finally, the receptionist just said “I will just charge you $90.” I was surprised by an additional bill in the mail. Some of that bill was for the testing I had, even though Labcore had already billed me $260.

Of the doctors I've consulted in my life she seems to be the most generally knowledgeable of things not specific to her practice so that I don't have to consult a specialist for much any more. I can just see her. She takes a very human approach to my issues, being very understanding of how things are from my point of view. She is also very kind which though not necessary for giving good medical care, make the experience a memorable personal one.

Dr. Kremer is and excellent doctor, I already recommended others to her. I can talk to her about everything, she is really concerned about my health and well being. She makes sure I get what I need for my medicine and she makes sure I have all my referrals also she check for all my well women exams and all other appt. I am blessed to have her as my doctor.
