The physician assistant who attended to me lacked bedside manner and made me feel as though she did not want to listen to my concerns or address the issue I came in for. Because of this experience, I do not feel comfortable being seen by that PA again. Moving forward, I would prefer to see only my primary doctor. If that is not possible, I will consider finding another primary care provider.

Dr. Reyne is a good doctor,but we don't connect when it comes to my diabetes, i requested to see a Endocrinologist. I have been on Lantus since 2006 and it was no longer working, my glucose has been out of control, my daughter came with me on this month visit and recommend he put me on Tresiba because she is a diabetic and i am taking that now and it is helping. I have had a specialist before and my feet,legs and thyroid which i went for x-rays on because my mother,father and my daughter now has to have surgery. I know he feels he can help me but i need a specialist.

I have had a hard time getting Dr Reyne-Guerra to get my referrals for my monthly pain doctor visit to them on time and twice in the last 3 months I had to pay full price for my appointment! $240 as opposed to my $20 copayment that I should have paid! And I take opiates for chronic pain so I can't just change my appointment or just not get them. It's not an option you understand. Plus I take seven different medications and I just got them all to where I picked them up on the same day and I didn't want to screw that up either so I just bit the bullet and paid it! Fortunately, Care Plus reimbursed me feel the difference less my co-payment and I am satisfied with the transaction now. But I don't understand why their office can't get those over in time. And when I called to find out what happened they say that they're not getting the doctor's notes and the referral request from my pain doctor and I know they send them two weeks in advance at least, and no one's following up except me and I shouldn't be the one to have to keep track of the stuff. I get appointment notices from them like they're on top of it but then when they don't get the referral nobody tells me; it's nuts!

For me, Dr. Reyne didn't follow up on my ailments. I've suffered for over a year. He could not give me specialist referrals. He said to look for myself. He's a nice man, but I need someone who is more tuned into my situation.
