I am a [omitted] year old woman and in all my years of seeing a doctor, I can honestly say that Dr. Champlain is the first doctor with whom I can actually have a conversation with regarding my health; and, concerns I may have regarding same. She is very caring; and, very knowledgeable.

She's easy to talk with, she seems to genuinely like her elderly patients. She's thorough. She adapts well to the unexpected, both times I saw her, were new patient/followup scheduled visits, and both times I had a health related medical... 1. a uti and, 2. was puncture wound not healing properly. She immediately went to plan B concentrating on fixing the problem!

I would like her to do a better job of monitoring my blood work; specifically A1-C and thyroid. When I saw her last, She didn't ask how I'm doing generally or if I had any other concerns besides discussing my medication.

I was unable to see her when I was ill. Why would I recommend her to others. If I couldn’t see her, why was I unable to see someone else even if it was in another clinic? Don’t get sick, you’ll be out of luck and will have to fend for yourself.
