Because of the explanation I gave at the beginning of this survey. She is not sympathetic to her patients needs. Not only would she not refill my estrogen but she put on a medication she said would help with hot flashes. It was called gabapinten. I read horrible stories about that medication. I took it for 3 days and stopped. It certainly wasn't working on my hot flashes.

She listens to patient like my other PA Robin Dore. She was honest about not being able to continue my testosterone shots anymore. Now I have to go elsewhere to get thim. That was disappointing. If I get sick and I call I hope she is able to see me and my wife like Robin Dore did until it was WellMed. If she can then will have to look around. Kylie Steimer is great though

She is knowledgeable, thorough and listens to the patient. She went out of her way to help me get my information to the group who administers my Prolia injections. This was an annual check-up and she went over all the results of my lab tests and made recommendations for further tests (bone density and mammogram.) Kylie is very personable and pleasant and makes you feel you can talk to her about any issue you may have. She also keeps on schedule and doesn't keep you waiting in the exam room.

only had a phone call follow-up was short with me when she was going over the new no controlled substance policy. i was told the policy did not include xanax or ambien but Kylie was NO Dr Soto wont prescribe those you need to see a psychstrist to get those prescribed. So another sprcialist i have to see. Well with my lisinopril for high blood pressure why not just send me to heart specialist. My oxycodone I understand. Xanax and Ambien I dont. It makes me wonder just what do i need to see Dr Soto as my new PCP rather than specialist. Kylie could have been little more respectful
