On my last visit, I requested her to fill out an application for handicap plates since it’s really hard to walk and hurtful on my knees and feet. As soon, as I informed the receptionist about the form she quickly told me the Dr would not sign it but that I could try. During my visit with the Dr she said she would not fill out the application bc I was not in a wheelchair. “That is only for patients in wheelchairs.” I am [omitted] years old. I had prior knee surgery that bothers me and have really bad corns on my toes that make it hard for me to walk. I have severe lower back pain that impedes my walking which I have mentioned to her previously and during my visit.
