I had the opportunity to interact with Ms.Irasema Garcia on two occasions. First time she met with us was with my Husband . Because she needs to explain in details on results. Show terminology words meaning , explain simple..for people that has no professional knowledge. We need pictures ,not just reading results and expecting the patients to comprehend, " understand " her.
