As mentioned earlier, Jason Varghese is top tier. He is so respectful and attentive to my concerns. He never rushes me and is just truly a good human being. When I couldn’t make it in, he did telegraph to meet my schedule. Great guy and extremely great doctor.

He is warm and welcoming when he sees me - extends his hand for a hello handshake. I had lots of questions, and he seemed happy to answer them. He didn’t seem in a hurry. I really like that. When he went over my lab results, I didn’t feel judged. Rather, he made helpful and encouraging suggestions. I went to the appointment a bit nervous, as I always am with medical appointments. I left his office feeling positive and hopeful. That’s good stuff.

The doctor, itself, was an ok visit. He seemed to listen to my concerns, and I didn't feel rushed. But it took a long time of waiting and waiting to see him and even more time after he left to wait for labs. He seemed very knowledgeable and attentive but was still to upset from the receptionist to even focus on me and the doctor. Also, it would have been good to know that I would go through so many people for one physical appt. Receptionist, assistant, doctor, nurse, lab nurse...it was crazy.

Cause he does take the time out too talk to you. But to just make an appointment for something easy like a sinus infection that can cost just 40.00 with him. We have to go spend 80.00 at a emergency care place.

As I mentioned before, we like the doctor but there are a lot of issues within the office. As another example, last year I was working on a billing issue from a routine visit and would go into the office approximately once a month to speak with someone since they would not return calls. This went on for at least six months and lately I have not been sent a bill or collection threat so I guess everything is resolved.

Dr. Jason listens! I have found him to be very caring and very competent in his role as a physician. I think since we have all gone through so much within the past few years, he's patient with his patients who may be overwhelmed and worried. I feel comfortable in his knowledge that he knows exactly what to do with whatever the circumstance is. I trust him with all of my medical needs. I highly recommend him as he is board certified and keeps up with the latest medical journals, etc. He takes the time to explain things and if you don't quite get it, he breaks it down for you until you understand. He shows empathy where it is needed. I trust him and he will be my doctor for a very long time.
