Although I was not Dr. Medrano's patient for very long or very often before he transferred to another WellMed office, he was always attentive and patient to listen well and to answer my questions thoroughly and intelligently. The only med he ever needed to prescribe for me (an anti-fungal cream) works quite well when I need it from time to time. He never pressured me about vaccines or the cognitive test part of the annual Medicare visit. He is kind and helpful in every way.

The instruction given to me by the PCT about my medication where miss leading it delayed my treatment. Not sure if the PCT did not pay attention to the instructions given by the MD or the MD gave the wrong instructions. Instructions should be recorded buy the MD to the pt.

Dr. Medrano is not just a very qualified and very experienced doctor but he fully understand his patient's needs and ready to help his patient as best as he can. He is a kind hearted human being also, last time when I was hospitalized he felt bad and told me he will make sure to keep me out of hospital in future . Thank God I'm lot better than when I was with my other PCP just because of doctor Medrano's care. the credit goes to his expert treatments, as I'm also a CKD patient. He always coordinate with my nephrologist to treat my kidney decease to make sure I don't ever have to go to dialysis. Thanks to Dr. Medrano after all this years of CKD , I never had to go to a dialysis center. If I was the president of Medical industry , I would have definitely honored Dr. Francisco Medrano with a "best doctor medal." Thanks , [omitted].
