I don't think she listens to me . On the questionnaire I reported some pain , she asked me about pain and I said the joints in my hand hurt . She said that muscle soreness is normal after strenuous activity and that I should take over the counter pain pills .

I really love Dr Farias. My reason for giving less than 10 is because of your reception staff. There is always a problem with your reception staff. They do not greet you well upon arrival, are curt in discussing follow up appointments, often rude. It’s not just one person. It appears to be a trend amongst your reception staff.

She was very short with me , probably because she was running so late, so I was not able to have her address a couple of my concerns. I am looking for new Dr for myself, my daughter, and my mother.

I dont think she has either enough knowledge or experience. Maybe she didnt look at my chart. I talked to her about my UTI issues, which are a huge problem for me. She got a urine sample to check for a UTI. That is good although I know when I have one and when I dont. I knew I didnt. Then they call a few days later telling me my urinary track is very healthy and there are no problems. I scoff I do battle against UTIs all the time. I have them nearly every month. In fact on [omitted] after that statement I had another raging UTI and called to get an antibiotic. Usually they will call it in because I live 10 or so miles away in a heavy traffic area. It is not possible to drive there when peeing and having bladder spasms every 5 mins. The person on the phone assured me she would give the nurse the message. But no one called me back. So I have spent the past weekend dosing myself with every home remedy I know. Why didnt they call? Maybe it was because Ms Kimberly says I have a healthy urinary track last week
