She is very thorough and explains in detail why you are having a certain and how to fix it or make it better! She is the best health care provider that I have had in a very long time.

Megan leaves a lot to be desired. Does not ask enough questions. Did not read my file for past medical conditions. After discussing my newly prescribed medication for uncontrollable shaking of my left arm and hand she did NOT pursue the use of any other medication, which is available for this condition. Megan is LACKING medical experience and empathy for her patients. She is NOT a follow up type person and leaves the patient in limbo regarding any other treatment or medication available. I am not pleased with the care given by Megan for both visits. It appears to be a reflection of this particular office at Haverford Ave. If care does NOT improve, I will be seeking medical care elsewhere within the Wellmed system but certainly NOT this office. I most certainly hope this message gets the attention it needs for feedback into the system.
