Biography

Deborah Diaz, NP, treats her patients individually and as a family unit. She enjoys allowing patients the opportunity to set their own medical goals and guiding them through the process.

NP Debbie received her graduate degree from South University. She is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. After becoming a caregiver to her son who has special needs, she developed her passion for learning about the human body and caring for others. This inspired her to pursue a career in health care as it allowed her to make a profound impact on both patients and their families.

Her favorite part of her role today is being able to deliver compassionate care to patients in their homes. NP Debbie was born and raised in the Bronx, New York. Today, she resides in Tampa, FL. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her children and her dog, Hailey. She also enjoys watching her youngest child play competitive soccer. NP Debbie has three children (two boys and a girl).
