I am very stressed out due to a sister in critical care and dealing with her life and wanted help but as she is standing at the door with her computer in hand ready to leave I asked her if she had reviewed the questionnnaire that I filled out stating a 3 to every answer THEN she wanted to see if I needed a drug or a referral. NOT caring at all. I got upset and told her NO as it was evident she could have cared less.

Just prefer the office to go back to letting me come in a week early to draw blood so she could answer the lab questions. My wife went to be with the Lord [omitted]....liver issues. I called for a prescription renewal and was clear about what drug I needed, yet the script sent to the pharmacy was for a formulation Dr. Medrano took me off [omitted]. When the medical assistant called me with my test results she was unable to answer questions I had.

She is overall the best PA-C I’ve ever had. She talks to me in a way that helps me understand and she doesn’t make me feel nervous or uncomfortable for openly talking to her about my health issues. I came to WellMed because of her and if she leaves I will follow her where she goes.

She is thorough & knows her stuff. She is always prompt with her appt times. The only negative I have to say is everyone likes her so it’s hard to get a face-to-face appointment that’s not 2 to 3 weeks away. I can usually get a quicker visit which works unless it’s something I need to be seen in person for.
