He seems to have a pre-programmed response to first visits. I was very dissatisfied with having to wait 3 weeks to do blood work. I have a number of ongoing conditions that have not been addressed. I was very upset in the change in meds. The first one didn't address the specific condition the old med had under control. Then you sent a letter saying it is no longer on your list. It actually worked the opposite of the med it was replacing. The second med for sleep did not work after I followed the directions. I increased the dose and was yelled at by the staff member called to find out how it worked. So now after 2 meds were unsuccessful in bringing me the relief and $26.00 waisted, I am not happy. Dr Fink needs to listen and not impose his automatic preplanned responses to first time visits.

Because it's very responsive and takes the time to talk. However the last visit he seemed to be less engaged? For example he did not say what I should do for my hematocrit level being slightly high. Perhaps there was nothing but I looked it up and it said it could be due to hydration so I'm drinking more water. He did recommend doubling my cholesterol medication dose.
