She’s very busy only there 2 days out of the week. She has no time to see other patients. On the virtual I could only get about 5 minutes to try and say anything. I didn’t get to explain anything.

Dr. Jackson went over my chart and discussed my lab results thoroughly. She took time to answer questions I had. She also took time to make sure I understood the explanation of my lab results. She was very polite and patient with me. I like that she took her time and didn't rush me during my visit. She made sure if I had concerns that she addressed them.

She's always treated me very well and respectfully. She's taking time to answer my questions and never made me feel like I was being humored. She always made my feelings feel validated. And gave me her honest opinion about things. I respect her education and her work experience. And I I appreciate her motherly like caring of her patients and making me feel understood and heard. And doesn't overreact to things that I'm going through. She keeps an even keel and calm manner which helps me out a lot with my anxiety.

She, basically, diagnosed me with depression. I am not and have never been clinically depressed. She is dismissive. She ordered another set of labs and a visit in six months and didn’t explain why. I regret going back to her a second time. Experience was horrible and a bit traumatic.

I went in for side pain! She sent me to the ER and ended up needing surgery that same day! Thankful how she cared so much and knew to send me to the ER! Love her for that!!
