Tri, was very Professional and showed great concern about the reason for my visit, but was not able to provide information about previous visits with my normal Nurse Practitioner, this Really did not upset me, as I’m very well aware of the fact that he is not my primary caregiver and I was just extremely happy that I was able to get the help I needed at the time, He is Really a very good Nurse Practitioner as well and treated me with a Very High level of Respect concerning the reasons for my unscheduled visit at the time.

I told him of problems With Covid meds before asked what happened said would make sure he gave me different meds he also explained that with the meds I take now that I must use Tylenol for my headaches and fever, also called in the 2 Scripts. Said make sure if any problems call or come back. VERY PLEASED. with Tri Huu Dang !!!

When I first met Tri I was leary of him because he didn't look at me when he was talking. Then I had another appointment with him and he talked and listened to me without a mask. I am severely hearing impaired so watching a face is important to me. He was awesome and gave me an idea that might help me attain my goal that I hadn't thought of. I really appreciate him taking the time to think of other alternatives for me to try.

He is very nice, but doesn’t have enough experience. Alway has the same answer for my problem then I find out I have blood in my poop when I have been complaining about problems for a year. The PA I saw before him was rude told me to stop playing with my belly button.
