Dr.Khan was really but seem rushed. I felt I had think fast of what I needed to tell her which I couldn’t think fast enough. Also I gave all my history to the nurse that came in and when Dr.Khan saw me she said your healthy like I had no passed so I mentioned regarding the cancer I had Ect.. she seem not aware not sure if she saw notes before seeing me. It was my first time in office and first time seeing her. I say maybe she spend 4 minutes with me maybe.

I did not see or feel any care about me and/or my needs. Seems she just took care about her need, her policy. She did not ask much about how do I feel, what do I want or need. In the end I did not get anything I needed from PCP. Would never go back to doctors at all. They are useless and helpless.

Dr Kahn is caring, respectful, she listens and is concerned about me as a person. She is frank, up front and speaks to me in layman terms. She lets me know what is best and her professional recommendations from a factual point of view. She is kind and considerate, very knowledgeable, efficient and effective. She also lets me know it is my body and she doesn’t force a decision on me. I feel like a person not a number, feel safe and secure with Dr. Kahn and knows she always has my best interest at heart. She’s very professional yet she’s very personable. Because I know she cares, it makes me want to do the best job I can doing self care.

I like Dr. Khan. However, on my last visit I waited over 45 minutes for her to see me after I answered questions and had my vitals taken by the nurse. My appointment was 10:30, I didn't have a long wait in reception. The nurse, who was very nice, took my blood because the lab tech was at lunch. By the time I checked out, it was around 12:15. Just seemed like a long visit. Maybe the Doctor had an emergency ahead of me.

Dr Khan was not prepared for my Televisit. She asked me why I had this appointment and it was requested by her. I felt as if I was asking questions about what's next including blood work that is generally done every 3 to 4 months. I feel like Dr Khan is disconnected and that has not been my experience with other FNPs at Healthcare Associates/Wellmed.

Because when speaking with her she seemed to be rushed, as if she had too many clients.

She switched my ropinirole/requip from being able to get 1 mg and 2 mg to just 1 mg and I tried to explain why I was taking both and she didn’t either understand or something because she only gave me the 1 mg to take 1-3 as needed. I tried explaining that for some reason there is a difference between how the 2mg works and taking 2 of the 1mg’s.

She walked in with no reference of my chart said BP looks good and ask is there anything else. Didn’t listen to my concerns asked for referral on pain I was in. Didn’t comply. Need a mammogram and colonoscopy- she didn’t ask if ever had one or if did when. Felt she was rude and in to busy of a rush. Spent a total of 5 minutes and didn’t even know I was scheduled for labs.
