As a nurse practitioner, NP Garay aims to identify gaps in her patients' knowledge by helping them understand their bodies and wellness needs. She empowers patients to take charge of their health through preventive care and proactive disease management.

NP Garay graduated from the University of Texas Arlington and is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Originally from Houston, she currently resides in San Antonio. NP Garay is married with one daughter. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, volunteering at her church and attending baseball games. She is a dedicated fan of the Houston Astros.
