Biography

Mohammad A. Haque, MD, is a graduate of the University of Chittagong, in Bangladesh, where he earned his medical degree in 1978. Following a relocation to New York City, he completed an internship in surgery at Booth Memorial Medical Center in 1986 followed by a Family Medicine residency at Catholic Medical Center of Brooklyn and Queens in 1990. After managing his own practice for 30 years, Dr. Haque joined Kelsey-Seybold Clinic’s Family Medicine department in January 2026.
Dr. Haque has devoted his career to providing evidence-based care for patients of all ages. This includes well checks, physicals, immunizations, and routine screenings along with care for acute symptoms such as headaches, GI discomfort, injuries, and more. Dr. Haque also manages chronic conditions like acne, mental health concerns, diabetes, gastrointestinal disorders, and more. His clinical interests also include wound care for patients.
