Listing my diagnosis on the hard scripts given seems like a violation of HIPPA. I don't feel the pharmacist needs to know my medical history. Also there was no discussion of the need for any followup tests like an EKG, Echocardiogram or an updated sleep study. There were no discussions about options for weight reduction, or my issues with ED. I also take issues that there is no written narrative, just box checking of the multiple diagnoses they have listed without a discussion of 90 % of the ones listed. I feel a lot of these diagnoses are there for insurance purposes and to make it seem that a lot was done, when in fact it wasn't.

She went over my previous bloodwork, abloodworm, and went over any concerns. She explained the procedure of the care I would be accessable to during any situations that come up. I was very pleased with the process. I also was very happy and look forward to future care that I would receive from this office and it's staff.

I lost my vision in my right eye. The registered nurse, Nehabahen Chauhan looked at my eye and did a test. Afterward she listened to my request to see a preferred Ophalmologist and granted me my request for a referral to see him, the same day. I was diagnosed that afternoon with a detached retina, and had surgery a couple of days later.

One of the best medical people I have come accross. She is smart, courteous, pays attention to my answers and response to medical questions. Resolved my health problems I.e ruptured discs both sides, damaged. Serious injury but Naha prescribed treatment to get me back to normal, An outstanding health provider.

Still no follow up on getting lab work. Told it was issue that they were short staffed because they are not allowed to hire a full time staff person. REALLY? Who made that rule?
