Highly professional and listens to what you have to say. Explained the lab results and asked questions about my current health. I’ve had a bad back for decades and recently hurt myself with improper lifting. He suggested a pain reliever and I agreed. He establishes an easy going atmosphere that makes me an older patient very comfortable and open. Simply put, he is One A.

William Weiss is professional, efficient, thorough, patient, kind and considerate! He is just as knowledgeable as a doctor! He answered all of my questions and concerns as well if not better than a doctor! He went over my labs thoroughly and encouraged me to continue to improve in lowering my cholesterol and blood sugar. He answered additional questions I had about my blood pressure medications and other medications. He answered my questions about my heart murmur and listened to my heart with a stethoscope. He alleviated all of my concerns in a patient, thoughtful, informed manner!

Mr. Weiss was very courteous and friendly but seemed somewhat nervous and I think that was an obstacle when trying to understand my opinions on medical care.

He didn't have awareness of the important message l left for the clinic and him before my visit. Then he went through the entire checkup going over my lab results that all was fine. At the last minute and seemingly like an after thought he all of a sudden noticed that my stool test was positive for blood. This was extremely important given my medical history. I feel as though he could have easily overlooked that. Lastly, l requested a cardiac CT like l had gotten before l was a patient at WellMed in order to compare if the left side blockage had changed. He said he never heard of that test but he would ask. He didn't ask or follow up. He knew my mother died of heart disease [omitted] so my request had merit. No follow up.
