I was in the office on [omitted]and had labs drawn that day right after leaving the exam room. Some of the results showed up a few days later but I had to log into Welmed to see the entire results. I have yet to hear from Dr. Diehl about them. I know everything is confusing now due to the big move but I expected to at least hear something before 2 weeks had passed. I also needed to renew my Xanax (generic form) but the pharmacy said I needed her to request it from the insurance before they could provide a discount if there was one and she has not to my knowledge responded to the request. I know insurance takes a while but when you don't use the prescription but once or twice a year, and have had it for over 40 years for stress, it shouldn't be complicated. And I ,at the very least, expected someone to notify me that the request had been sent.

She was an hour late to my appointment which was the first me in the morning (7:30 am). She apologized and said she had been stuck in traffic. I understand traffic, and I also understand as a professional myself, that I give myself extra time to not keep a client waiting. I didn’t even make this appointment - it showed up in my portal as a post-hospital follow up. I made it work but that time was not the best for my work schedule, then I waited on her for an hour.

She did not recognize the severity of my condition and I ended up in an emergency care facility two days after seeing her-while I was in another state visiting family. I specifically made the appointment out of concern of an eye infection before going on vacation. If this was beyond her capabilities she should have said so and referred me to a doctor/specialist.

I'm waiting for direction about my last visit. Ms Diehl sent me to xray, then referred me for a CT. I made an appt then Radiology called and told me Aetna declined to cover. Stated I should have some treatment of some type before the CT. They sent the info to Ms. Diehl so she could respond why I was to go to CT. Radiology was going to hold my appt until I heard something but I told them I should probably wait for Ms Diehl to respond to Aetna regarding her rationale. I don't know what to do except wait until I hear from her or her staff. Wearing the little brace on my arm until something happens.

The interactions we had with Taylor, herself, at the office with very professional. The support staff and associated people seem to be less competent and committed, and that detracted from this rating. Apparently, X-ray took SIX DAYS to be received, and we had to make multiple phone calls to receive results. Did not receive a Patient Plan after this first visit and when we asked for one at the second visit, information on the medical issue was entered incorrectly.
