Miss Quan Chi NP, is a very caring person who makes you feel at ease the moment she walks in to attend you. I highly recommend her to anyone. A plus in my opinion.

Because she comes in having obviously looked over my paperwork, asks me what's going on, what I need/am experiencing, looks me over as needed, goes over any results, discusses referrals I need and if I would like help researching, is constructive with feedback, does not rush me out, advises on next steps, asks how treatments with other docs (eye, dermatology) have been, and very much models the care I receive from Dr. Biard. I don't get sick - I'm there for cataracts, skin cancer, weight, occasional injury, etc. so I never feel bad when I'm there but I am telling you, that team amazes me at how they treat your soul as much as they treat your physical body.

She was extremely professional, thorough and caring to me. She went above and beyond expectations recently while helping me with a serious illness. I was able to avoid being admitted to the hospital because of her constant attention in this matter. She always has a quick smile and laugh to lighten my spirits, as well as my health.

She is attentive, asks a lot of questions, obviously quite knowledgeable, and follows up. There have been several times I'm not even to my car yet and I get an email that she has made a referral or phone in a prescription for me.

Quan Chi, NP was an excellent listener and took ownership of my concern. She was warm and friendly, professional, competent, and efficient. She took care of everything that was needed. I will definitely hope to work with her again in the future. My only issue (and it may not be an issue with Quan Chi) is that a CT was ordered and completed and yet no one has contacted me about the results. The results are not shown in the patient portal. She told me the results of my recent mammogram, but those results are not available in the patient portal for me to print out for my own records either. Advice on next steps is needed based on the results.

She was very communicative with me. Calling me verifying that I got an ultrasound on my thyroid, delivering blood results over the phone, and checking in on how I’m feeling. It made me feel heard and valued as a patient that she followed up with me over the phone, as not all doctors do this.
