Because she care about you and it shows when she is waiting on you. She explains your issues , she explains why she is giving you tha type of meds you are receiving, tha pros and cons of tha meds, a time frame they should take affect if not give her a call back. She is just a CARING DOCTOR.

It was my first visit with Kierra and I found her to be warm, engaging, friendly, charming, knowledgeable, and just a delightful person! My husband and I used to see Sheri and then Jeremy and were so disappointed when they both left. NP Kierra Smith has been an excellent and exceptional doctor than a nurse from my experience. She has been courteous, great listener, sympathetic and empathetic with me as a patient who had cancer and now whole. Always keeping tabs on my health and welfare. She has also and continue to help with controlling my A1C. She helped with my BP control and now normal and I'm forever grateful!

She is exceptional at listening to what you say and really absorbing what the problem is. She's compassionate, offers multiple treatment options, makes sure you're comfortable with the treatment plan and always asks permission before touching me, which I think is a lovely thing to do. Kierra's also crazy smart, she diagnosed me correctly, instantly, when she walked in the room. That's a helluva party trick, I can't ask for more than that.

Kierra spent quite a long time with me going through several issues I needed to discuss. She gave me excellent feedback. She took the time to call the pharmacy to ensure what gpl1 they had available and the costs. The medication she suggested for pain I had been having with my ankle for over a month worked within 24 hours. I can’t say enough kind things about her. Very personable and understanding.

Dr. Smith will work with you if you are combining supplements with traditional medicine. She will suggest treatments I am comfortable with. Her overall demeanor is just so pleasant. Sierra was very attentive. Sent a few messages after my visit and she answered them soo quick. Insurance company denied my prior authorization and she go on it immediately to make sure it was approved. Love her energy and vibes she brings when she comes in the room. Kierra really cares! And she is always positive and informative. And it's because of her that I discovered that I had lymphedema more than two years ago. And I've now been through PT, gotten a massage machine and am now in 30-40 compression hoses daily. So my condition has definitely improved. But this all happened because Kierra went the extra mile. But she does that with every patient -- especially me!
