Biography

A Chicago native, Dr. Lisa Zhang completed a rigorous, seven-year, dual undergraduate and medical degree program at the University of Illinois at Chicago. She was one of 25 students in the entire state accepted into the program. In 2010, she completed her Bachelor of Science in biochemistry, and in 2014, she completed her medical degree. Dr. Zhang moved to New York City to complete her internship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in 2015 and went on to complete her residency in dermatology in 2018 at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, where she served as chief resident during her final year.
A fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, Dr. Zhang treats patients of all ages for acne, eczema, psoriasis, and detection of skin cancers. She also performs cosmetic procedures, including Botox, fillers, microneedling, and platelet rich plasma for hair restoration. Patients can also come to her for removal of skin tags, moles, cysts, lipomas, and skin cancers. She has a passion for cosmetic procedures and hair loss treatment.
