I think what ever decision she made a Dr should Had backed her up.when she made a decision, To check over her orders,example like blood work. She put in an order for blood to be drawn again in one month and the last time the teck had to help me out the office to my Husband. I'm a anemia and she new that. Told me after reviewing bloodwork my kidneys were fine. Less than a week later was told by endocrinologist who reviewed same bloodwork that I was in stage 2 going to stage 3 kidney disease. Had a follow up with primary care Mathan sukimar and he verified I was in stage 2 kidney disease I asked why I was not informed he apologized i then asked if my previous bloodwork showed I was in stage 2 kidney disease he said yes.I was livid. Still no advice on how to stop from further kidney damage. He apologized a few times.then no follow up on specialist findings unless the probe and ask what is going to be then. Then Dr Mathan refused the approve referral to see my neurosurgeon in NY after I was in NY for the appt and Humana was willing to approve visit. He told them it was not medically necessary to see a neurosurgeon in NY the ones who did my surgery. Plus, results from mRi from neurologist advised to see neurosurgeon who did my brain surgery. This was never followed up by Dr Mathan or Cynthia Neville. I took it upon myself to schedule the follow up and Dr Mathan made. N unprofessional Decision to not approve that visit in Ny even though Humana was willing to approve that visit. His office was contacted by NY to get the approval info they requested was provided by NY and he refused to approve referral. I had a large kidney stone was referred to urologist but never a Nephrologist. I was prescribed antibiotics for a uti by Cynthia Neville for 5 days. After I finished medication(I never was prescribed as I have repeat uti’s) I still had symptoms. I called to see dr Mathan and I asked him to redo the urine culture. I t o m came back with bacterial infection. Prior Cynthia Neville stated she will send remaining urine to be analyzed and if she needs to change meds she will advise. Never got a call as those results. With follow up with Dr Mathan I asked what were those results he said there was no bacteria but there was an infection so what did that mean I asked? He then repeat urine and it came back with multiple bacteria which I was prescribed a different antibiotic as to the one Cynthia Neville prescribed. I also have a lesion on my thyroid that showed up on mri from neurologist. I had a sonogram done after I insisted to have one recommend by dr Mathan I was told by Cynthia one thing at a time after the lesion was still there on sonogram to date this has not been addressed as to next level of testing to see what this lesion is on my thyroid. I’m having a pain under my left breast on and off (I have multiple gallstones)dr Mathan said its probably muscular as gallstones do not move like that. No follow up testing. I’m in the process of contacting an attorney l!

I would give her ten plus. I went to see if a doctor was there closing time. Cynthia was on her way out with her purse on her shoulder. I asked her please, please, can you check me, I'm not feeling well at all. She listened, she looked at me. She had the door open to go out. She said okay come in. I said thank you, thank you. Then Carl got my file. Cynthia had me follow her and she took her time addressed my situation. She even draws a diagram explaining how the organs work. Cynthia is an exceptional nurse practitioner!
