Mrs. Jouett is very detailed in taking information, listening, and staying on top of my medications. I have had medical staff mess up my medications in the past. The reason I followed Mrs. Jouett from her previous employer is that she stays on top of her medication knowledge and is careful in ensuring my medications stay balanced.
