Biography

I have been a patient at the same doctor's office my entire life. My health care providers have made a profound impact on my life and I feel fortunate to have long-lasting relationships with my care team. This experience is part of what inspired me to become a physician assistant. I want to foster the same relationship with my patients while also helping them understand their health.
I attended The University of Oklahoma and earned a bachelor's degree in microbiology. Immediately after graduation I enrolled in University of North Texas Health Science Center and earned a master's degree in physician assistant studies. As a PA, I'm able to combine my love of helping others with my fascination of how the human body works.
When approaching patient interactions, I focus on communication. I believe every encounter is an opportunity to help patients understand a little bit more about their health. The more they understand, the better equipped they are to make decisions regarding their health.
I live in Dallas and love to read, exercise, and bake in my free time. I also love spending time with my family and friends.
