Even though she had my records, she knew nothing about why I was there (other than I had been to the ER). She never asked how I was feeling and dismissed my concerns. She was very abrupt with me and fired questions at me before I finished the previous question.l

She was kind & listened to my explanation of the pain. Gave me a steroid shot & one for pain. Said she would call in 2 prescriptions. But still had not called them by next morning. Had to call the office to remind them. They were called in shortly afterwords
