Initially, wanted to see my Primary Care Physician, and settled for her. By the time the visit was over I had 100 % of my objectives. So, yes, I would recommend Michele Hesley. And would very much appreciate it IF she were to become a regular on my care team

I had a cyst/boil that had suddenly grown and become clearly red, infected and painful. My appointment was on Thursday (having called on Tuesday for an appointment) and I had a paid-for trip beginning Monday so I expected Michele to lance and treat the cyst. Instead she said she would not and was referring me to a general surgeon. She said I could use a warm compress at my hotel while on my trip. I felt she could have had someone else at the clinic treat the cyst/boil if she didn't want to. On Friday I went to an Emergency Care clinic where they lanced the cyst, removed the sac and prescribed antibiotics. It is healing nicely.

She sent a prescription of Robitussin (OTC medicine) She should have just said it was an OTC instead of calling in a prescription. And she said prescription was called in but it never made it to the pharmacy. By the time I finally got the correct Cough Syrup my cough was almost complete gone and no longer needed. This took days.

I was there for a pregnancy confirmation and to discuss my current meds. She told me if the “benefits out weight the risks, keep taking them” as if birth defects were no big deal. She also questioned why I was taking these meds even though Doctor Morton is the one who prescribed them. She then did the complete opposite of what I requested when she put in the referral to an OB.

Always listens. Meticulous about drug uses and changes when needed. She doesn’t seem to be in a hurry to get out of the room. It’s worth waiting, when we do (my wife and I) because she’s probably listening to someone else who needs her.
