Kerri provided my sister with a communication book which she did not ask to see. Barb takes 45 units insulin. Kerri wrote 20 units in her notes even though I had documented 45 units. Other meds were listed Barb no longer takes.

I think Kerri is a Fantastic person she is very smart kind to her patients caring about her patients 100% devoted to the doctors position. She takes the time I need for someone to really explain things to me about some of my serious issues. She never just rushes in and out like most doctors do. She’s not just my professional doctor but she’s also my friend who I just met not too long ago. More people should be like her.

I’m [omitted]. Old at the time I needed my handicap tag renewal with her signature according to Florida laws. I had my handicap stickers for 20 years and my Laminated card. She refused to sign my renewal letter when I was there that I had to wait so she Could review it she would let me know my next visit or she would mail me the information. Needless to say, I felt like I got my hand, slapped, and she took my library card away like a kid. She ask you questions and you’ll give her answers but I really don’t think it matters to her she’s not a people persons and I will not have her see me in the future. On the previous page I hit the wrong number on the staff ratings. Christina the nurse is great !!!

She is rude. I wanted a full thyroid panel blood test and she explained it would cost $300 and that she was not going to order it. WHO is SHE to deny me when I had symptoms? Who is she to "speculate" what my financials are? She even recorded that appointment on [omitted] but I have no transcript of it. That recording proves everything I have written down.

As I previously stated, she has treated me so differently than any other doctor or PA. She takes her time with me. She explains things thoroughly so I understand what is next. She prints information out for me. She doesn't just give medication and throw me on the highest dosages, she monitors to properly titrate me up when needed. I have never had anyone do all of these things for me.
